SUMMARY OF KEY FUNCTIONS
- Handles passenger enquiries through telephone, email and social media and provides correct and up-to-date flight information for Ethiopian and other carriers in a timely & appropriate manner. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Successful completions of SOM training in Ethiopian Aviation Academy (SOM Airport Passenger Handling & Ticket Agent and SOM Airline Call Center & Ticket Agent graduates only).
- The applicant shall have a regular job in other institution or shall be a full-time student NB: Age limit: 18-35 years old inclusive for External applicants. LANGUAGE
- English Language Proficiency: Level III REGISTRATION DATE & PLACE
